  • Align design outputs with client’s agreement through design reviews
  • Reconfirm cost forecast with client’s budget following each design phase

  • Collect and analyse design inputs from all sources including client’s optimized requirements
  • Develop design concept and alternatives studies within criteria of resource, time and goal
  • Integrate and coordinate design with relevant parties; solve conflict, if any
  • Develop master layout, 3D mass model, schematics and major material specifications
  • Support client to make decision upon clear understanding on alternatives
  • Perform design performance and quality review

DETAILED DESIGN

  • Conduct further surveys and investigations as necessary
  • Conduct further technical analyses/calculations
  • Develop design of the selected alternative
  • Develop 3D model and drawings for further process (tendering, construction, etc.)
  • Develop technical specifications and supporting data sheets
  • Perform design performance and quality review
  • Perform cost estimation and value engineering review

PROCUREMENT PLAN

  • Consult with client to select procurement strategy plan, contract type and conditions
  • Consult with client to plan construction service & equipment packages

TENDERING & AWARD

  • Consult with client to pre-Q bidders and finalize bidder lists
  • Launch bid and clarify bid queries via site visits, pre-bid conferences and addenda
  • Perform bid analysis and summarize to consult with client for bid clarifications and negotiations
  • Assist client in clarification / negotiation and make recommendations
  • Prepare contract documentation and assist in contracting process

  • Carry out facility handing-over process, responsibility transfer and certificates

AS-BUILT DWG. & O&M MANUAL

  • Manage to have drawings revised as built conditions and systematically filed to client
  • Manage to have manuals, certificates, keys, spare parts, records and data necessary for O&M systematically filed to client

TRAINING

  • Organize necessary trainings for operators to O&M the handed-over facilities

CONTRACT CLOSE-OUT

  • Complete project documentation
  • Conduct post-implementation audit
  • Complete final project report and transfer responsibility
  • Support client / contractors to close contracts

BIM MANAGEMENT SERVICE
