Comprehensive industrial development sited on 1,022 rai of land fully developed for small and medium sized industries of both local-consumption and export processing zone. The development comprised access road and interior roadways, flood control and drainage system, water supply and distribution system, sewerage and industrial wastewater treatment system with its own central plant, electrical power distribution and lighting system and telephone system. Construction of administration buildings, standard sized industrial buildings and commercial building complex was also included in the project.
